When are the sessions held?

Sessions are held fortnightly on Zoom, with one live call per day


You’ll receive the full schedule in advance, along with reminders before each session.

Do I need to attend live?

No. Attending live is optional.


All sessions are recorded and replays are shared within 24 hours, so you can watch at a time that suits you.

How do I ask questions or get support?

You can submit questions in advance if you’d like support or clarity especially after the first monthly live session.


Sharing live is always optional, and you’re never required to speak, you can ask in the chat.

If you’re feeling blocked or want to understand what’s really getting in the way, you can book a private EBI session. These sessions help identify and release underlying emotional, energetic, or subconscious blocks your body is holding and will be private.

Is there a community?

No. This is an intentional choice.


The Body Wisdom Monthly™ is designed to be a calm, focused space, not a noisy community or constant conversation.

Support happens through the live sessions, Q&A, and the work itself.

How long is each session?

Each live call runs for approximately 60 - 90 minutes (but may run over a few minutes).


This keeps the work focused, effective, and easy to integrate into real life.
